Metropolis boasts a magnificent 22 metre swimming pool, heated indoor and outdoor spa pools, sauna, gymnasium and steam room.

The management at Metropolis provides assistance with services to residents:

  • Laundry and dry-cleaning
  • Suite servicing
  • Garbage disposal
  • Skip bin 

Laundry and dry-cleaning:

The management at Metropolis have an outside contractor who provides personal laundry and dry-cleaning services from Monday to Friday only. To use the service, residents must fill out a Laundry Form, insert it in a plastic bag along with the clothes and hand them to the reception staff.

Reception only serves as the collection and delivery point for laundry items along and associated laundry charges and is not responsible for any delay, damage or mishandling of the concerned items.

Please note that the laundry and dry-cleaning facilities are pre-paid services and can be only accepted on complete payment for all the concerned items. The Laundry Form can be downloaded from the ‘Download’ section of this website or a copy can be obtained from reception staff.

Suite servicing:

The management at Metropolis can arrange apartment cleaning and servicing services for residents. By prior appointment upon 48 hours notice, Paramount housekeeping department can provide a standard service for your apartment. 

Please note that the suite servicing facility is a pre-paid service. The request for suite servicing form can be downloaded from the ‘Download’ section of this website or obtained from reception staff.

Garbage disposal:

The management at Metropolis provides garbage disposal facilities for residents. Large green wheelie bins are located in the cupboard of the service areas on all floors. Residents are requested to dispose of garbage into these wheelie bins. Under no circumstances should rubbish be left outside of your door or in the fire exits. Please also put all garbage into a plastic bag tied firmly.

A skip bin can be arranged through reception, with 24 hours notice required.

Incoming mail and parcels

All mail is held at reception and available for you to collect at your convenience. For courier parcels, notification cards are issued advising the resident to contact reception. The resident must bring the notification card to reception, sign the courier log book and collect the respective parcel. Should you be away from your apartment for a length of time please advice reception.

Visitor parking

Any car sighted without an appropriate Parking Permit issued by Metropolis management will be towed without any prior warning. It is of utmost importance for everyone to follow the No-Parking rule within the tow away zones.
